Monadnock Community Hospital was named the 2019 recipient of the Foundation's inaugural Honoring Excellence in Patient Safety & Quality Improvement Award at the Foundation's Annual Meeting

Hospitals throughout New Hampshire provided more than $540 million dollars in community benefits, going above and beyond their mission of delivering high quality, affordable healthcare to their patients.

Since 2011, New Hampshire hospitals have avoided over 5,200 patient harm events and saved over $42.2 million in healthcare costs under the Partnership for Patients initiative.

Exeter Health Resources was named the 2019 recipient for the Noah Lord Award for Patient & Family Engagement at the Foundation's Annual Meeting.

The Foundation has served as the leading resource for advance care and end of life care planning, including POLST, for patients and their families, medical providers, hospitals and health systems throughout the state.
