The Foundation for Healthy Communities is committed to improving access to high quality health services for the state’s deaf and hard of hearing (D/HH) and Limited English Proficient (LEP) communities.

Through promoting cultural awareness and the development and institutionalization of models and systems, this initiative hopes to further the delivery of culturally and linguistically appropriate services.
