Cultural Awareness Health Care Work
Group
The Cultural Awareness Health Care Work Group is a peer
network of healthcare providers who are interested in
creating change within their own organizations to offer
improved culturally and linguistically appropriate services.
In-person meeting every other month and an active listserv
provide forums for the discussion of promising practices in
the provision of culturally and linguistically appropriate
services.

In-person meetings are held on the third Wednesday, every
other month September, November, January, March, and May from 8:30AM to 10:30AM at the Foundation for
Healthy Communities, 125 Airport Rd. in Concord.
Program support is provided by a grant from the
Endowment for Health. The Foundation for Healthy Communities
is a statewide non-profit organization that works to improve
health and health care delivery in New Hampshire.
