The mission of the Comprehensive Cancer Collaboration is to reduce significantly the incidence of, suffering from, and mortality due to cancer for people in New Hampshire through prevention, early detection, treatment, rehabilitation, and palliation. We will accomplish this goal by means of an integrated and coordinated alliance of stakeholders that will utilize available epidemiological data and evidence based research to set priorities for action.

A 5-year plan to evaluate the implementation of the comprehensive cancer control plan and activity tracking database have been developed.   Evaluation Design Plan

The New Hampshire Comprehensive Cancer Collaboration has five workgroups, organized around the continuum of care model, that are charged with implementing 16 priority objectives. Please consider joining the workgroup that matches your interests.

Cancer Control PLANET is an invaluable website for anyone involved in cancer research, program planning, or consumers.  PLANET stands for Plan, Link, Act, Network with Evidence-Based Tools.  The website clearly explains how to develop a comprehensive cancer control plan as well as provide information by cancer control topics.  On-line training in how to use this resource is available.
