CATCH Kids Club

CATCH Kids Club (Coordinated Approach To Child Health) is an evidenced-based after-school, summer, and community recreation program designed to promote healthy physical activity and eating behaviors in elementary school-age children. Research by the University of Texas showed that CATCH Kids Club can significantly increase moderate to vigorous physical activity in elementary school aged children.

New for the 2012-2013 school year and ongoing into the forseeable future, we have embarked on a partnership with Better Out Of School Time NH (BOOST NH) to provide CATCH trainings to afterschool programs. BOOST NH is committed to providing statewide technical assistance and professional development opportunities to after school providers to support their work in creating high quality, innovative programs for school-aged children.
